Michael B. Goldberg has served as director of RHI Inc. since August 24, 2007. He joined Kelso in 1991 and is currently a managing director. Prior to joining Kelso, he spent two years as a Managing Director and co-head of the mergers and acquisitions department at The First Boston Corporation. From 1977 to 1988, Mr. Goldberg practiced corporate law in the mergers and acquisitions group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore from 1972 to 1977. Mr. Goldberg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance) with high honors from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Law Review. Mr. Goldberg is currently a director of Buckeye GP LLC and Hilite International, Inc. |
