Mr. Givens has served as a member of the Board of Directors of RHI Entertainment, Inc. since August, 2008. He joined Crown Media International in 1998 and worked in various senior management roles at the company until 2004. Mr. Givens served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1998 to 2000 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2004. Prior to joining Crown Media, Mr. Givens served as Vice President, European Cable/Telephony, for Media One International based in London, England from 1994 to 1998. After spending fifteen years in local government administration, Mr. Givens began a career in 1982 that spanned nearly twenty-two years as a cable television executive. Mr. Givens graduated from Morehouse College in 1967 with a BA in Mathematics and obtained a Masters degree in Urban Administration from Occidental College in 1975. |
