Mr. Sullivan has served as a member of the Board of Directors of RHI Entertainment, Inc. since August, 2008. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Media General, Inc., a provider of local news, information and entertainment over multiple media platforms and also serves on the Board of Directors of Ellis Communications, a communications and regional sports production company. Additionally, Mr. Sullivan has been a private investor and consultant specializing in advising various equity funds on media investments since 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Sullivan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Quorum Broadcasting Company, Inc. from 1998 to 2004 and held the title of President at Clear Channel Television from 1985 to 1995. Mr. Sullivan also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sullivan Broadcasting Company, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. |
