 The IPO was completed on June 17, 2008. Our offering price was $14 per share.

5.Does RHI Entertainment pay a dividend?
 RHI has not paid dividends on its common stock in the past and does not currently intend to do so in the near future. However, its board of directors has discretion to determine if and when a dividend will be payable in the future. The board of directors will likely consider a variety of factors, including general economic conditions, future prospects for the business, the company’s cash requirements and any other factors that the board deems relevant.
